UK Landlords Struggle Onwards

The buy to let boom of the last decade came to an end to years ago at the beginning of the credit crisis around two years ago. Since then many existing landlords have seen their investments fall in value. Today many new landlords are looking at the market closely at the moment to try and judge whether we’re at the bottom of the market or whether property prices are likely to continue to fall in the coming year.
